Privacy Policy:

Medical Group Victoria's personnel are compliant with Australia's Privacy Act/Principles.  Any information or documentation received from a client is saved within a secure database which is password protected and accessible by MGV personnel only. A daily system backup is undertaken.  Information is not shared with another party unless specifically requested by a client. Requests of this nature must be made in writing and forwarded directly to MGV's management.

With respect to patients attending Medical Group Victoria to consult with a visiting clinician, MGV personnel do not have access to medical databases or files.  Visiting clinicians do however provide a clinic appointment list (and which contains patient-names and telephone numbers) in relation to their on-site clinic. The appointment list is securely destroyed at the end of each clinic.
